Formulate and implement medium-to-long-term sales strategy plans based on the company's overall development strategy, taking into account industry trends, competitor dynamics, and market demand. Sales & Marketing Team Management and Performance Growth Lead the development of new markets and channels, maintain core client relationships, drive the signing and implementation of key projects, and achieve sustained revenue growth. Establish a Sales & Marketing team by cultivating, motivating, and evaluating talent to build a highly cohesive and high-performing elite team. Establish standardized sales processes and regulations and implement scientific sales management methods to enhance team sales efficiency. Cross-departmental Collaboration and System Construction Deeply collaborate with the product development team to propose product feature optimizations and new product development suggestions based on market demands and customer feedback, ensuring the product aligns closely with market needs.
