Job Description

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and commercial roadmap for China
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team with strong leadership and coaching capability
  • Drive business development with key accounts in logistics, retail, and e-commerce sectors
  • Expand customer base and strengthen relationships with strategic clients
  • Work closely with global teams to localize strategy and ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • Identify market opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives for new solutions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above; fluent in English (both spoken and written) as a working language
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and motivate teams
  • Solid background in packaging industry, customer base including logistics, retail, and e-commerce sectors is preferred
  • Strong client network, preferably within logistics, retail, or e-commerce sectors
  • Commercially driven with strategic thinking and execution capability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to grow with the business and build long-term success
