Identify opportunities to introduce wealth planning and protection solutions to high-net-worth clients. Deliver product and market training sessions to business partners and referral networks. Support partners throughout the client engagement process, from opportunity identification through to successful implementation. Provide professional advice and consultative solutions tailored to clients' wealth planning objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience. Monitor market developments, industry trends, and evolving client needs, providing feedback to management teams. Ensure all business activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to business development initiatives and support the achievement of sales and revenue objectives. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above. 8+ years of experience within banking, wealth management, insurance, financial advisory, or broader financial services sectors. Demonstrated success in business development, relationship management, or consultative sales. Strong network and relationship-building capabilities within the financial services industry. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
