Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coverage & Relationship Management Support the management of a portfolio of Chinese-headquartered corporate clients with operations or investments across EU/APAC/Africa. Assist in the development and execution of strategic account plans. Prepare client presentations, briefing notes, relationship reviews and pipeline reports. Coordinate client onboarding activities with internal stakeholders. Business Development & Revenue Growth Support new business origination and cross-selling initiatives across the client portfolio. Conduct industry research, financial analysis and client opportunity assessments. Assist with proposal development, RFP responses and client pitches. Monitor portfolio performance and identify revenue opportunities and potential risks. Cross-Border Coordination Act as a key point of coordination between China-based clients and banking teams across African markets. Facilitate transaction execution and follow up on implementation milestones. Coordinate with product specialists to deliver tailored banking solutions. Support credit review and client documentation processes. Risk & Governance Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory and risk management standards. Support KYC, AML and client due diligence requirements. Maintain accurate client information and documentation records. Escalate emerging risks and compliance concerns appropriately. Stakeholder Management Build effective working relationships with Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Credit, Operations, Legal and Compliance teams. Participate in activities that strengthen the organisation's banking proposition. Support initiatives focused on sustainable and responsible banking practices. The Successful Applicant 4-6 years of experience within Corporate Banking, Global Banking, Transaction Banking or Relationship Management. Exposure to multinational corporate clients and cross-border banking activities. Experience working within, or closely with, financial institutions in China.
