基于公司发展战略，主导企业港股上市、境外标的收购等资本运作计划的实施。全面领导企业资本运作+对内财务运营团队。
跟进上市公司并购重组全流程工作，包括但不限于前期调研、设计方案、沟通谈判、撰写材料、报送监管、权益交割、资产注入等相关事项的落地执行。
这是一个覆盖财务、税务、监管报送及审计管理的综合性岗位。您将作为财务团队核心成员，负责公司及关联实体的财务运营管理，并与外部审计、税务机构及监管部门保持高效沟通。
该职位负责董事会办公室日常工作，支持董事会规范运作、公司治理及资本市场相关事务。候选人将与公司管理层及各业务部门紧密合作，推动战略项目落地并提升组织运营效率。
