Job Description

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with business lead to understand strategic priorities and organizational needs.
  • Translate business objectives into effective people strategies and HR initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on organizational growth, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Support business teams in achieving both short-term operational goals and long-term organizational objectives.



Organizational Development & Effectiveness

  • Design and optimize organizational structures to support business growth and scalability.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify capability gaps, risks, and development opportunities.
  • Lead organizational development and change management initiatives to improve efficiency and performance.



Talent Management & Leadership Development

  • Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
  • Identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees and critical talent.
  • Build sustainable talent pipelines to support future business growth.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen management capabilities and team effectiveness.



Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Promote and reinforce organizational culture, values, and leadership principles.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and communication initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
  • Enhance employee experience and support organizational cohesion during periods of growth and change.



AI & Workforce Transformation

  • Utilize AI and digital technologies to improve recruitment, workforce analytics, and HR operations.
  • Develop AI-enabled HR processes that generate operational efficiencies and strategic insights.
  • Identify opportunities for workforce transformation and automation.
  • Lead change management efforts related to AI adoption and future-of-work initiatives.
  • Enable managers and employees to effectively leverage AI tools while building critical human-centric capabilities such as leadership, creativity, adaptability, and influence.

The Successful Applicant

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • Significant HRBP experience supporting business lead in complex or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business priorities.
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including:
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Talent Management
    • Organizational Development (OD)
    • Employee Relations
    • Culture & Engagement
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.



Preferred

  • Experience in high-growth, technology, internet, platform, e-commerce, or consumer-facing industries.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed or multicultural teams.
  • Background in organizational transformation, scaling organizations, or business expansion.
  • Practical experience applying AI and digital solutions within HR functions.
