Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Deliver legal entity reporting, financial analysis, and management commentary. Coordinate statutory and group audit requirements. Drive reporting process improvements and compliance initiatives. Support tax compliance, filings, and payment processes across multiple jurisdictions. Support tax-related audit requests and reporting activities. Business Partnering & Governance Partner with global finance teams on reporting, compliance, and special projects. Provide financial data and insights to support business and tax initiatives. Ensure adherence to corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of financial controls and operating processes. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience in Financial Reporting, Controlling within a MNC environment. Advanced SAP and Excel skills. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
