Product Research & Innovation*Execute R&D projects for whipped cream products, including vegetable-based whipped cream, dairy cream, compound cream, and emulsified cream products. include formula development, process design, and sample creation.*Focus on improving key product performance indicators such as overrun, stability, shape retention, and sensory attributes.*Establish and maintain technical documentation related to R&D; work closely with suppliers of food additives and flavor houses to ensure all raw and auxiliary materials comply with standards and internal food safety requirements.*Track global food trends, consumer insights, and product movements to provide innovative ideas for product pipeline planning.2. Technical Problem-Solving & Quality Improvement*Address technical issues encountered in production, transportation, storage, and customer use (e.g., syneresis, collapse, whipping failure).*Work pilot trials and factory-scale trials to ensure process feasibility and pre production readiness.*Achieve cost reduction through formulation optimization and process improvement.*Build and refine product standards, specifications, and critical process parameters.3. Project Management & Cross-Functional teamwork*Assist the Quality Department in establishing and maintaining product quality standards and testing methods.*Drive cross-functional work with QA, supply chain, manufacturing, and marketing teams to resolve technical problems and deal with business implementation.*Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource coordination to ensure on time delivery. 理想的求职者 1.
