职责描述

  • develop quality assurance strategies to maintain and improve product standards within the retail sector.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards in engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives and process improvements.
  • Manage and oversee quality audits, both internal and external, to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation and reports for stakeholders.
  • Provide and mentorship to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure consistent quality across the supply chain.
