Define quality objectives, KPIs, and risk management frameworks covering product development, manufacturing, suppliers, and field performance. Act as the key quality interface across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and service teams to resolve complex quality issues. Lead root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for major or systemic quality problems. Drive customer quality issue resolution and ensure effective closed‑loop improvement. Build, coach, and develop a capable local quality team, enhancing long‑term organizational capability. Provide professional input into quality strategy, supplier quality performance, and operational decision‑making. 理想的求职者 A successful candidate should have: Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or a related technical discipline; advanced degree is a plus. Extensive experience in manufacturing quality leadership within electronics, automation, or other high‑precision industrial environments. Proven capability in building, localizing, or transforming quality management systems in China. Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex organizations.
