We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale financial system initiative within an international organization. This role will work closely with the project leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations, coordination, and delivery.

职责描述

Support the maintenance and tracking of overall project plans, timelines, and key deliverables across different workstreams
Coordinate project meetings, prepare materials, document outcomes, and follow up on action items
Track issues, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
Assist in vendor coordination, procurement-related activities, and ongoing delivery tracking
Contribute to project documentation, including reports, presentations, and internal communication materials

理想的求职者

3-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or digital/IT project support
Exposure to financial services, banking, or large-scale system projects is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and teams
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools; ability to produce structured project materials
Good command of written and spoken English in a professional environment
