Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify key trends, growth opportunities, and potential threats in the film capacitor market. Develop a deep knowhow of target applications, including xEVs (electric vehicles), onboard chargers, inverters (solar/wind/industrial), power supplies, and motor drives.2. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute the global product marketing strategy and roadmap for the film capacitor product line. Define product positioning, key messaging, and unique value propositions that resonate with target customers. Manage the entire product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) to end-of-life, including pricing strategy and profitability research. Create and present business cases for new product development.3. Sales & Customer: Act as the primary product expert for the sales team and key customers. Key account managers in strategic customer engagements and major opportunities.
