Job Description

  • Manage and manage NPI projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, improving producibility (DFM)
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during the NPI phase
  • Define production processes, tooling, and technical standards for mass production
  • Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Work closely with R&D and project teams to ensure smooth transition from design to production
  • Provide technical help for production issues, customer feedback, and after-sales cases
  • Manage automation and process optimization initiatives
  • Take ownership of ECN, risk management, and validation activities
  • Train and guide cross-functional teams (e.g., QC, production supervisors)

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields
  • 8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years in NPI or engineering management
  • Strong knowledge of NPI processes and manufacturing engineering
  • Hands-on experience with SolidWorks or other 3D design tools
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Fluent English communication (both written and spoken)

  • Capable of balancing technical depth with project execution
  • Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial product environments
  • Experience in multinational companies or global projects is a plus
