Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including demand planning alignment, sourcing execution, contracting, and procurement governance. Drive value creation initiatives through procurement planning, process optimization, and operational excellence programs. Partner with regional and global procurement teams to support business transformation and procurement capability enhancement. Monitor supply market dynamics and identify opportunities to improve resilience, sustainability, and long-term sourcing effectiveness. Support key procurement projects and contribute to the delivery of business, cost, and innovation objectives. 理想的求职者 A successful Procurement Manager should have: 5+ years of expertise in procurement, sourcing, or category management within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or a fast-paced multinational environment. Proven track record in sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization is preferred. Bachelor's degree or above.
