Job Description 1. Lead industrialization of new products, including scale-up, process validation, and SOP development2. Oversee pilot trials and manufacturing trials, ensuring successful transfer from development to production3. Support production by resolving process issues and lead root cause investigations for quality deviations4. Drive process and product optimization initiatives to improve yield, efficiency, and cost structure5. Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction programs within the supply chain6. Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams7. Support demand planning through raw material optimization and reduction of excess or obsolete inventory8. Manage process design and commissioning of new equipment and CapEx projects (including qualification and validation)9. Ensure alignment with process safety and food safety requirements, as well as regulatory compliance The Successful Applicant 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, or Biotechnology2. 8 years or above of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization3. Experience in pilot plant operation and scale-up activities is preferred4. Familiarity with either following processes is an advantage, such as spray drying, liquid blending, emulsion systems, or formulation 5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes6. Effective communicator with the ability to work across functions7.
