The business operates with a lean team and places strong emphasis on product quality, regulatory compliance, and long‑term partnerships. 职责描述 Overall operation of plant, reporting to overseas stakeholders on matters requiring approval or escalation Coordinate annual production planning based on confirmed customer purchase orders Organise and supervise production activities, ensuring schedules, output, and quality targets are met Manage procurement of raw materials and packaging materials in line with international (including EU) standards Oversee plant maintenance to ensure all equipment is regularly serviced and maintained in good working condition Ensure the quality assurance system meets both local regulatory requirements and overseas customer standards Implement and maintain EHS programmes covering environmental protection, production safety, and occupational health Supervise import and export activities in compliance with Chinese Customs regulations Oversee accounting and taxation compliance in line with Chinese laws, coordinating with external auditors as required HR‑related activities, fostering teamwork and employee engagement within a small workforce Maintain constructive relationships with relevant local government authorities and regulatory bodies Manage and coordinate a small management team covering finance, HR, production, QA, EHS, maintenance, and purchasing 理想的求职者 Proven experience managing a food processing or manufacturing facility Production planning, QA systems, and regulatory compliance Familiarity with international customer requirements and export operations Working knowledge of EHS, plant maintenance, and procurement processes Experience overseeing accounting, taxation, and external audits is an advantage Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a small, multi‑tasking environment Reliable, and dedicated, with a strong sense of ownership Maintaining clear communication with overseas stakeholders 薪酬待遇 Salary ranging from CNY 420000 to CNY 500000 annually.
