职责描述

1.Lead and direct all financial areas, including accounting, control and treasury functions, business planning and financing, budget preparation and tracking and risk management.

2. Emphasize the systems, procedures, and controls that force financial discipline, produce reliable and accurate information.

3. Implement strengthened financial policies, procedures and systems.

4. Develop appropriate measurements of the company's performance, work with managers to achieve the results, and communicate these results to senior management.

5. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other managers to provide assistance with the identification and development of creative solutions to a full range of business opportunities and/or problems.

6. Assure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the organisation's records and ensure that financial statements are presented on a timely basis as required by the company.

7. Internal control to ensure organisation comply with statutory and BU policy

1. Good business and analytic skills with a high degree of intelligence and creativity.

2. Significant experience as a financial controller with a comprehensive knowledge of accounting, internal financial controls and financial tools.

3. Superior technical financial skills, balanced with sound business judgement.

4. The ability to effectively balance financial and operational factors and to analyze complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions in a timely and responsive manner

5. +10 years manufacturing experience.

6. Proven interpersonal skills with a collegial, team-oriented style.

7. Good verbal and written communication skills.
