Job Description

  • Identify, evaluate and sign up channel partners - training institutions, education platforms and professional-services firms - to deliver certified training programs.
  • Build and own the partner recruitment pipeline: prospecting, commercial negotiation, onboarding and program launch.
  • Enable partners to deliver certification training: course content, trainer certification, materials, pricing and
    quality standards.
  • Drive enrollment and revenue through partners - set targets, run joint marketing and promotional campaigns, and track partner performance.
  • Own partner governance - contracts, compliance and brand standards - ensuring delivery quality and regulatory
    alignment.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Training/Product, Customer Success and global teams to support partner
    enablement.
  • Monitor the China training-market landscape (competitors, pricing, regulatory shifts) and feed insights into the
    channel strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Partner Manager should have:

  • 5+ years in channel/partner management, B2B business development or institutional sales - ideally within professional
    training, education, certification or financial services.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and managing channel partners (training institutions, universities, education platforms or corporate-learning partners).
  • Experience with enrollment-driven, membership or subscription models is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and managing long-cycle partner relationships.
  • Working proficiency in both Chinese and English.
