Packaging Design Lead - 包装设计专家

1.As part of the global packaging design team, lead packaging engineering design work for key innovation projects
2.Use engineering tools (CAD, simulation and prototype) to develop and validate ideas taking them from concept to production with rigour and speed
3.Lead & define design engineering process for developing and validating new packaging to ensure it is landed in the market right first time
4.Deliver packaging design engineering capability for faster development of new packs in line with China timescales. Reduce time and risk through knowledge of the business and proximity to Supply Chain
5.Leverage China capability & ecosystem to reduce global packaging development and scale up timings through new partners and approaches.
6.Scout for packaging design and technology in North Asia for the next generation of HC packaging toolbox and packaging innovation funnels across the globe.
7.Work closely with extended global design team, creative and technical partners to support and land innovation projects across the globe
