Channel Strategy & Execution Develop and implement offline channel expansion strategies across North America, Europe, Japan, and Southeast Asia Build localized channel approaches based on regional market structures and business environments 2. Partner Development & Management Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, agents, and retail partners Establish channel policies, pricing structures, and incentive frameworks 3. Team Building & Leadership Recruit regional channel teams, including sales, support, and training functions Define KPIs and drive performance through coaching, training, and incentive programs 4. Sales Ownership Take full responsibility for overseas channel revenue targets Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment 5.
