With a strong market presence and a commitment to excellence, the company continues to expand its footprint and enhance customer experiences. 职责描述 O2O Strategy & Growth Define and execute the O2O (即时零售) growth strategy across major platforms (e.g., Meituan, Ele.me, JD Daojia,Pupu,Dingdong etc.) Drive GMV growth, traffic acquisition, and conversion optimization Platform & Channel Management Own the relationships with key O2O platforms and partners Optimize platform operations, assortment strategy, pricing, and promotion Drive collaboration with KA channels and distributors to ensure execution quality Omni-channel Integration Work closely with E-commerce, KA Sales, and Retail teams to enable seamless integration between:Offline KA / retail stores, O2O platforms, E-commerce channels Support the long-term development of a fully integrated omni-channel model. Commercial Performance & P&L Ownership Manage overall business performance, including: GMV, Margins, ROI Provide data-driven insights and forecasting Continuously optimize business efficiency and profitability Team management & Capability Building Manage and develop a team of 3+ members (Manager level) Build a strong execution-driven culture with clear KPIs Coach team members and improve operational excellence 理想的求职者 A successful O2O Senior Manager should have: 8-12+ years experience in E-commerce / O2O / Omni-channel Proven track record in FMCG / Fresh retail / O2O Experience in multinational companies (MNC) is highly preferred Business Capability: Strong understanding of O2O business model & High-frequency consumer behavior Platform运营节奏.
