Drive implementation of Medical Affairs plans through compliant scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and external scientific experts. Oversee stakeholder engagement plans, field medical activities, and medical insight collection. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, Compliance, and other cross-functional partners. Support evidence generation initiatives, scientific communications, and congress-related activities. Promote strong standards in compliance, scientific exchange, and capability development. The Successful Applicant MD, PharmD, PhD, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related scientific background preferred. 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience At least 5 years of people management experience within Field Medical or Medical Affairs functions. Demonstrated experience developing MSL teams and supporting field medical activities. Strong understanding of Medical Affairs operations, scientific exchange, and compliance requirements. Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
