The company is expanding its engineering capability in Shenzhen to support global product development and manufacturing operations 职责描述 Lead mechanical design and development of smart hardware products. Create 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and product documentation. Drive enclosure, mechanism, thermal, and structural design activities. Work closely with EE, firmware, product, and manufacturing teams throughout the development cycle. Conduct design validation, reliability testing, and design optimization. Support EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production activities. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure product quality and manufacturability. Identify and resolve design and production challenges to meet project milestones. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Strong expertise in plastic, sheet metal, die-casting, and mechanical assembly design. Proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, or similar CAD platforms. Experience working through the full product development lifecycle from concept to production. Familiarity with DFM, DFA, GD&T, and manufacturing processes.
