Experience in new product introduction (NPI), product industrialisation, and production scale-up activities. Deep knowledge of quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements for hardware products. Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and margin improvement programmes.
