Partner with product development teams to ensure successful product industrialisation and smooth transition into mass production. Drive manufacturing readiness and proactive risk management for new product launches. Oversee quality management systems, supplier quality programmes, and product reliability performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, environmental, and market-specific requirements. Manage procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and supplier commercial relationships. Improve manufacturing capacity planning, inventory management, forecasting accuracy, and supply chain resilience 理想的求职者 Significant experience within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sourcing, or quality management environments. Proven track record of managing global manufacturing partners and supplier networks. Strong expertise in contract manufacturing, supplier development, procurement, and operational excellence. Experience in new product introduction (NPI), product industrialisation, and production scale-up activities. Deep knowledge of quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements for hardware products.
