Job Description Trading Management: Collaborate with the Management Board to develop and implement trading strategies. Oversee trading activities, manage positions, and control risks associated with market exposure. Execution & Operations: Coordinate closely with Logistics and Quality teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of contracts and deliveries. Factory Operations: Work with the Production/QC Manager and Facility Manager to optimise yields and maintain efficient, stable factory operations. Financial Oversight: Partner with the Finance team to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control. Human Resources: Collaborate with HR to build and retain a high-performing team, foster employee engagement, and establish clear career development paths. Culture & Development: Support HR and team leaders in delivering training programs and reinforcing company values, ensuring consistent alignment across the organisation.
