职责描述

Support global and regional M&A activities by conducting financial, commercial, and operational analysis on acquisition, divestment, and investment opportunities.
Partner closely with business unit and finance stakeholders to assess deal rationale, validate business assumptions, and evaluate financial models.
Review target company financial performance, operating metrics, market dynamics, and value creation opportunities.
Prepare financial models, scenario analyses, valuation assessments, and investment materials to support decision-making.
Work with global deal teams and external advisors during due diligence processes, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely execution.
Challenge business case assumptions and provide independent assessments of deal economics, risks, and return expectations.
Support post-deal evaluations, synergy assessments, and strategic project analyses as required.
Prepare presentations and recommendations for regional and global teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Strategy, Commercial, Operations, and Business Units to support strategic growth initiatives.

理想的求职者

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
6-10 years of experience in Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, M&A or Strategic Finance.
Experience gained from a combination of consulting/advisory firms and in-house corporate environments is highly preferred.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, business analysis, and due diligence capabilities.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Experience supporting cross-border transactions and international stakeholders is advantageous.
