Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end logistics operations across multiple distribution channels.
  • Drive transportation planning, fleet utilization, and network optimization.
  • Ensure timely and efficient deliveries through performance monitoring.
  • Manage relationships with transporters, logistics partners, and service providers.
  • Lead Transportation Management System (TMS) adoption and logistics digitalization initiatives.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs including freight costs, service levels, and vehicle utilization.
  • Identify cost-saving and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations.
  • Experience within Skincare, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Personal Care, or E-commerce sectors.
  • Strong expertise in transportation management, network optimization, and logistics operations.
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in vendor management, stakeholder management, and cost optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred.
