Job Description * Lead engineering and maintenance activities for existing automated logistics warehouses, ensuring high equipment reliability and operational performance.* Develop and implement maintenance systems, standards, and practices across all logistics sites.* Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for automation equipment and warehouse control systems.* Manage capital investment and engineering projects related to warehouse expansion, upgrade, and new site establishment.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics operations, planning, procurement, and external vendors) to deliver cost-effective and high-quality engineering solutions.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in equipment performance, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management.* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability requirements in all engineering and maintenance activities. The Successful Applicant * Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.* Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in logistics automation, equipment maintenance, or industrial engineering, ideally from FMCG, logistics, or manufacturing environments.* Strong knowledge of automated warehousing systems.* Proven experience in maintenance system design, reliability management, or TPM implementation.* Solid project management skills, with experience engineering or facility projects from concept to completion.* Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work in a matrix and cross-functional environment.* Strong analytical mindset, result-oriented, and able to influence stakeholders across levels.
