Job Description Provide legal support for store lifecycle management, including store opening, renewal, relocation, and closure Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements and related documents Support daily legal matters related to store operations, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and operational compliance Provide legal advice on logistics, warehousing, and supply chain arrangements Support marketing and commercial initiatives, including campaigns, promotions, and brand-related activities Identify and manage legal risks, offering practical and business-oriented solutions Manage external counsel when needed and ensure efficient delivery of legal services The Successful Applicant 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in retail, or similar industries Minimum 3+ years of hands-on leasing experience, with strong exposure to store opening/closure and landlord negotiations Solid understanding of retail operations and store-related legal work Experience covering operations, logistics, warehousing, and marketing will be a strong plus Strong business acumen with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in both English and Chinese What's on Offer Collaborative and professional work environment.Commitment to career progression and ongoing development.
