This role manages and grows relationships with financial institutions by delivering integrated banking solutions across cash, trade, markets, and treasury products. You will report to the Beijing GM and collaborate closely with regional teams to support cross‑border business.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain high‑quality relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients
  • Develop strong internal partnerships with stakeholders across countries, product teams and coverage units
  • Deepen client relationships by expanding coverage across geographies, products and services
  • Drive revenue growth while delivering the agreed financial plan, including return on capital
  • Coordinate closely with transaction banking, trade finance, debt, global markets and investment banking teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualifications in Banking or Treasury are preferred
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in corporate banking relationship management
  • Proven experience managing clients across different geographies
  • Broad product knowledge covering transaction banking, trade finance, debt, global markets and investment banking
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
