You will work closely with a highly experienced team of mostly senior developers, traders, researchers, and infrastructure engineers. The core of the role is Linux system administration, automation, monitoring, production support, and coordination with vendors, brokers, and datacenter providers. This role suits someone with strong Linux fundamentals, practical troubleshooting ability, an automation mindset, and the maturity to support business-critical systems calmly and reliably 理想的求职者 A successful IT Ops should have: 5+ years of Linux system administration, infrastructure, DevOps, or production operations experience. Strong Linux troubleshooting skills across modern Linux environments. Good scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, and Ansible. Experience building, maintaining, or supporting Kubernetes environments. Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewall rules, VPNs, and basic packet-level troubleshooting. Exposure to latency-sensitive systems, latency measurement, packet-loss investigation, or Linux/network performance tuning.
