Infrastructure Management* Execute global infrastructure strategy locally: Implement and maintain global standards for networks, servers, cloud services, and endpoints within the local office* Manage local data center/network closet operations, hardware lifecycle* Ensure local infrastructure performance, security, and compliance meet global KPIs and local regulations2. Network & Security* Administer LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless networks* Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, including patch management and vulnerability assessments* Enforce M365 security (conditional access, DLP, email filtering) and broader cybersecurity policies3. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity* Maintain backup, redundancy, and failover systems* Conduct regular disaster recovery drills and update recovery plans4. Stakeholder Management & Advocacy* Understand local business requirements and challenges; effectively communicate these to the global IT team to influence strategy and solution design* Manage local IT budgets and vendor relationships* Facilitate communication and change management for global IT initiatives locally* Prepare the necessary documentation for internal/external audit5. Application Administration & Support* Development of the new technical applications and maintenance of existing applications* Design necessary changes and system specifications aimed at satisfying the business and regulatory requirements - engage with outsourcing provider where needed* Initiate process improvement implementations (standardization, automation & simplification) in non-ERP application landscape in coordination with stakeholders* Support the company's digital transformation projects, driving the optimization and upgrading of business processes6. IT Helpdesk & End-User Support* Oversee helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution* Manage software administration, including user provisioning, licensing, security policies, and compliance* Optimize end-user productivity tools The Successful Applicant * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field* 6+ years of progressive IT experience* Experience with Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.* Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switching).* Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and backup solutions.* Experience with ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change Mgmt.).* Certifications: Cloud, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, VMware, or Microsoft certifications preferred.
