职责描述

* Manage CCTV system throughout the office and ensure the system is always operational.
* Manage security systems to comply with office procedures.
* Designing training programs and workshops for staff related to new systems/new equipment in CHSA's office
* Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
* Oversee all Help Desk/ technical activities and make sure it is operating professionally.
* Provide staff and visitors with first and second line IT AV support where required.
* Running and sharing regular operation system reports with IT office.

* Coordinate with Parent Company HQ on design, implementation, installation, enhancement of all IT AV related matters. (for CHSA and its affiliates)
