Job Description

  • The IT Business Analyst is responsible for business requirements analysis and solution governance across Finance, Supply Chain, and other domains, and supporting solution configuration and delivery activities within Oracle Cloud Fusion or other ERP systems.
  • The primary objective of this role is to deeply understand business requirements and determine whether business needs can be addressed through configuration or enhancement of existing functionality, or whether they require new development.
  • This role partners with business stakeholders, global IT, and delivery teams to translate requirements into fit-for purpose Oracle Fusion solutions (or other ERP products), supporting design, configuration, testing, and deployment in alignment with global standards and local China requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Business Analysis professional should have:

  • Lead and govern business requirement analysis activities for Finance and Supply Chain processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, Inventory, Costing etc.), and document clear, testable business requirements.
  • Drive process standardization and optimization aligned with global template and practices.
  • Drive requirements consolidation and prioritization to reduce fragmented, duplicated, or ad-hoc business requests.
