Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation, cash flow, and return analysis. Lead financial due diligence processes and assess key financial, operational, and commercial risks. Prepare investment papers, financial analyses, and presentations for internal investment committee review. Support deal structuring, negotiations, financing arrangements, and transaction execution. Monitor portfolio company and real estate asset performance and provide recommendations to enhance value. Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify new investment opportunities. Work closely with management teams, lenders, advisors, and external partners throughout the investment lifecycle. 理想的求职者 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related discipline; CFA, CPA, or MBA is a plus. Solid years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Private Equity, Investment Banking, or principal investing. Strong hands-on experience in financial due diligence, financial statement analysis, and valuation. Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to independently build and review investment models.
