Oversee the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of digital platforms used by investment operations teams. Partner with business stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and translate requirements into practical technology solutions. Direct solution architecture, systems integration, business process optimisation, and technology roadmap planning. Manage delivery teams, project resources, vendors, and external service providers. Ensure applications remain compliant, secure, scalable, and aligned with organisational standards. Collaborate with infrastructure, data, security, risk, and operations teams to support successful solution delivery. 理想的求职者 Around 15+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, digital programmes, or technology solution management. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, enterprise architecture, and agile delivery methodologies. Experience managing complex business applications built on Microsoft and/or Java technology environments.
