International Poultry Product Manager - HCM Based

As a Poultry Product Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Knowledge development:

• Pro-actively maintain, develop, and upgrade nutritional knowledge by attending company's training programmes and self learning.

Technical Support:

• Utilise expertise knowledge to support field product specialists, customers in the day-to-day activities (coordinating role of the job level of the manager).
• Together with field product specialist /specialists/sales visit customer farms or prospects (especially key accounts) and give technical advice on nutrition and feed management.
• Support sales team with knowledge about nutrition, feed management, feed portfolio and market information
• Collaborate with sales team on seminars

Training and Information Update:

• Provide high standards of ongoing training for the product specialists.
• Provide a training for new product specialists.
• Participate in sales meeting and scientific / technical congresses if needed.
• Support the development and / or as a trainer of internal training modules for sales team.
• Oversee internal training programmes for sales team of technical specialists.
• Communicate nutritional information and trends to rest of organisation.
• Train technical support teams and sales teams in all aquaculture business units and ensure a high standard.
• Together with business unit teams develop training portfolios and build technical understanding based on practical solutions for farmers.
