About Our Client

An international organization with a presence in China, focusing on supporting global initiatives and stakeholder engagement in a specialized professional services domain. The China office is responsible for local outreach, program coordination, and communication with external partners and stakeholders. Currently looking for an Office Assistant to support to provide operational support for Beijing office.

Job Description

  • Support the promotion and implementation of the organization's services and initiatives in the local market.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing programs and projects.
  • Coordinate logistics for events such as seminars, workshops, and training sessions, including documentation preparation and correspondence drafting.
  • Handle general inquiries from stakeholders, manage incoming requests, and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Assist in research, basic policy analysis, and report drafting.
  • Maintain internal filing and documentation systems, including coordination with global teams when required.
  • Support communication activities, including drafting content for website updates and digital channels.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
  • Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
