About Our Client

A reputational international financial institution with strong global presence, known for its highly standardized IT environment and focus on digital transformation and operational excellence. Currently looking for an ITSM, who will work closely with IT operations teams to enhance processes, improve service quality, and ensure effective system handover and governance.

Job Description

  • Support end-to-end change management process and CR assessment
  • Track and monitor production change requests and their implementation
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of CMDB data and relationships
  • Prepare service performance reports and analyze service quality trends
  • Support continuous improvement of IT service operations processes
  • Track and support application-level operations handover progress



The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years experience in ITIL implementation or service management
  • Hands-on experience in change management and CMDB maintenance
  • Strong exposure to IT service operations and governance processes
  • Experience in process optimization or automation initiatives preferred
  • Solid technical foundation with project or operations background
  • Good English skills for documentation and stakeholder communication
