Our client is a prestigious international development finance institution supporting large-scale infrastructure and economic development projects globally. They are currently seeking a Business Analyst to drive strategic transformation initiatives within their core lending and financial systems. This role starts from a 1-year contract.

职责描述

1. Requirements Documentation: Elicit, analyze, and translate loan accounting & loan servicing business requirements into structured documentation.

2. Configuration Management: Understand, set up and manage configurations for loan accounting & loan servicing modules, ensuring a smooth end to end process aligned with business and accounting rules.

3. Testing Support: Author test cases, lead UAT for the loan accounting & loan servicing domain, coordinate issue resolution, and ensure accounting, billing, and reporting outputs meet business expectations.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Loan Management team, Accounting team, and IT team as the IT SME for loan accounting & loan servicing modules, acting as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery.

理想的求职者

1. 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, product management, solution management or a related area, preferably commercial bank.

2. Solid knowledge of loan accounting and loan servicing area, including but not limited to accounting, billing, repayment tracking, and reporting, is highly preferred.

3. Experience with loan management system is a strong advantage.

4. Proven ability to work with stakeholders across time zones, with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.

5. Bachelor's degree and above is required.

6. English is the working language. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
