As an Overseas IMC Marketing Head, you will be responsible for driving brand and product marketing strategies across international markets. You will make integrated marketing initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, translating insights into impactful campaigns that build brand awareness, preference, and long-term equity.

Job Description

Market Analysis & Insights

  • Conduct in-depth market, product, competitive, marketing, and user analysis
  • Define product positioning, core messaging, value propositions, and prioritised selling points
  • Develop market strategies based on insights and data



Integrated Marketing & Project Management

  • Plan and execute IMC strategies for smart home and consumer appliance product lines
  • Own product launch and full lifecycle marketing management
  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives, including:
  • creative development, visual assets, IP collaborations, major campaigns and events, sponsorships, PR, media, digital and social marketing, community engagement, website, e-commerce, retail, and service-related promotions
  • Ensure alignment with business goals, delivering brand awareness and brand perception growth with a strong commercial mindset



Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic direction, training, and marketing support
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure efficient execution and strong alignment
  • Contribute to annual brand planning and regional strategy development
  • Own and manage brand KPIs including awareness and perception, ensuring effective execution of annual marketing plans



Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous optimisation

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing and product marketing; project management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and ecosystems
  • International mindset; overseas study or work experience is a plus
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to respond quickly to market changes with effective IMC solutions
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to collaborate with international stakeholders
