The Successful Applicant 15+ years of HR experience, including HR Director or equivalent leadership role.Strong background in multinational, industrial or manufacturing environment.Proven track record in organization transformation or business transformation.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and shape strategy.Experience in multi-site or regional HR management.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Agile, resilient, and able to lead in a fast-changing environment.
