Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for optimisation. Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturing regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team. Develop strategies to minimise waste and reduce production costs. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the semi-conductor industry 理想的求职者 A successful Head of Process Engineering- Cell Or Module should have: A degree in engineering or a related field. Extensive experience in process engineering within the solar cell/module manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of cell manufacturing processes and technologies.
