This role will lead talent acquisition, organisational development, and HR infrastructure building while helping establish a high-performing and engaging workplace.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities and support the attraction of key talent across business functions.
  • Partner closely with the founders and business leaders to understand workforce needs and organisational priorities.
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Establish and improve onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement processes.
  • Assist in developing compensation and benefits practices that support business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and company policies.
  • Support the development of a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive HR reporting, metrics tracking, and people-related insights to support decision-making.
  • Participate in strategic business discussions and contribute to organisational growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities to support capability building across the organisation.
  • Continuously review and enhance HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven HR experience gained within technology, consumer products, e-commerce, internet, start-up, or fast-growing organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and the successful hiring of key business talent.
  • Strong understanding of core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organisational development.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a changing business environment.
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on role and building processes where formal structures may not yet exist.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
  • English proficiency sufficient for business communication with international stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting organisational growth, transformation, or business scaling initiatives is advantageous.
  • Cross-border e-commerce, consumer electronics, or entrepreneurial business experience would be beneficial.
