Job Description/ResponsibilitySupplier & Research Network* Identify, evaluate and establish relationships with key Chinese and international technology providers in AI, humanoid robotics and related emerging technologies* Build and manage strategic partnerships with Chinese universities, research institutes and innovation hubs with a focus on humanoid robotics, AI, and industrial automation* Anticipate technological trends and possibilities within the network and guide such projects at companyDigital Products & Digitalization* Align the product strategy for all digital products with Asian focus* Ensure regulatory compliance of digital products and IT systems in accordance with Chinese law (Cybersecurity Law, PIPL, AI Governance Regulations)* Support the rollout and adaptation of globally developed digital products and solutions to Chinese customers* Introduce and pilot new technologies including AI applications and humanoid robots in Group's Chinese production and business operationServe as the key interface between the Chinese market, technology providers as well as IT operations and the global organization 理想的求职者 A successful Head of Digitalization & IT China should have:Job Requirement* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics Electrical Engineering or a related field* 5+ years of professional experience in digitalization or technology management* Established network with Chinese universities, research institutions, tech parks or relevant government bodies* Solid understanding of AI, robotics, IoT and related emerging technologies - ideally with hands-on project experience* Sound knowledge of Chinese tech and data regulations (Cybersecurity Law, PIPL, AI Governance)* Strong intercultural communication and stakeholder management skills* Mandarin Chinese: business fluent - required* English: business fluent - required 薪酬待遇 Annual salary ranging from 1300,000 CNY to 1,600,000 CNY.
