Job Description Business Strategy & Department Development Develop and execute the air freight business strategy, including growth objectives and operational priorities. Establish team structure, functional responsibilities, and performance management frameworks. Design and implement operational processes and service standards. Build scalable capabilities to support future business growth. Identify new market opportunities and growth areas within air freight services. Carrier & Partner Management Build strategic relationships with airlines, co-loaders, cargo agents, and logistics partners. Manage commercial agreements and capacity arrangements with key service providers. Negotiate competitive rates and service terms. Maintain a reliable network of transportation, warehouse, customs brokerage, and overseas partners. Monitor supplier performance and support continuous service improvement. The Successful Applicant Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 10 years of experience within air freight, air cargo, freight forwarding, or related logistics sectors. Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition. Experience managing air freight operations and commercial activities. Strong understanding of airline networks, capacity management, pricing structures, and market dynamics. Experience managing business performance and profitability. Skills & Competencies Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities. Ability to work independently and take ownership of business outcomes.
