The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Extensive EE & ME procurement leadership experience in manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of global sourcing and supplier management. Experience working within multinational organisations. Proven track record in cost reduction and procurement transformation. Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with supplier development and risk management. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
