Stable and well-established foreign-invested enterprise 关于我们的客户 A company operating in the industrial and manufacturing sector. 职责描述 * Align the capital planning with Finance, ME, Engineering, etc., to anticipate upcoming investment needs.* Build and own a global Capex sourcing process - competitive bidding, total-cost negotiation, and supplier leverage on equipment.* Establish global ownership of Opex/indirect categories (IT, freight & logistics, etc) to drive cost efficiency.* Lead, develop, and motivate the Shenzhen/APAC sourcing team.* Manage supplier escalations and talent retention across the regional base.* Drive the China local-for-local strategy and APAC localization pipeline in alignment with SBU R&D and Sales for LCS market penetration.* Drive VA/VE from idea generation, alignment across various functions, and implementation.* Lead dual-sourcing of critical parts. 理想的求职者 A successful procurement and supply chain professional should have:* Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.* Minimum 10 years' purchasing/sourcing experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, within a process driven industrial sector (e.g. electronics, automotive, medical devices).* Demonstrated Capex and/or indirect sourcing, structured localization and supplier negotiation track record;* Experience with new projects sourcing and category management.* IT: MS Office and ERP systems.* Languages: fluent English and Mandarin; additional languages a plus. 薪酬待遇 Competitive annual salary ranging from CNY 360,000 to CNY 440,000.
