Job Description Manage end-to-end procurement processes from sourcing strategy development through contract negotiations and supplier management. Support category plans covering technical equipment, machinery, electrical systems, maintenance services, and operational spare parts. Identify sourcing opportunities across domestic and international supplier markets. Collaborate with global stakeholders to align procurement activities with operational and commercial objectives. Negotiate pricing, contractual terms, service agreements, and performance expectations with suppliers. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery, and cost effectiveness. Support vessel operations through the sourcing of specialised spare parts and maintenance solutions in different geographic locations. Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to strengthen procurement strategies and mitigate supply risks. Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to procurement process enhancement initiatives. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above. Several years of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain experience. Experience in technical categories such as batteries, industrial equipment, electrical systems, machinery, automation, engineering products, automotive components, energy solutions, or related industries. Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and supplier management capabilities. Comfortable working within an international matrix organisation and engaging with stakeholders across different regions. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. International exposure and the ability to build effective relationships across cultures are highly valued.
